This Withdrawal Policy sets out the rules and procedures for processing withdrawal requests from Boomerang Bet accounts held by Australian players.

Eligibility to Withdraw

To submit a withdrawal request your account must have: completed identity verification (KYC); no active bonus play-through requirements unless you elect to forfeit the bonus; a withdrawal amount that meets the minimum threshold for your selected method; and no open compliance review or account hold.

Identity Verification Requirements

All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. Required documents are a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address dated within the last three months.
